Dammit, this is irritating. A few years back I got to visit my grandmother's grave and take pictures of her gravestone. But I can't find them on the computer. I definitely had the digital cameral then so they should have downloaded but I can't find them
Only thing I can figure is that I got stupid and took pics with a regular camera. But I still can't find them.
This irritates me no end.

I suppose you've tried this already, but when I JUST CANNOT FIND a file I know should be there, I sort the stuff by "date last modified" and go to the general time period when I knew I worked on the thing.
Or maybe that only works for me, because I remember better when I was working on something than I remember what title I used

Have you run a search for "*.jpg"?

Thanks for the advice folks. I actually have done all that, and searched my computer manually, but I suspect the problem may be that I took pics with a regular film-type camera and haven't scanned them.
Or worse: I never actually took the pics and just hallucinated it.
