That's Charles Manson's son. This story was big a couple of months ago and this photo ran with it. I guess the bots that put together these ads pull popular photos from different sites. It used to be a different photo, but a couple of weeks ago this dude started popping up everywhere.
Yeah, I've seen that ad. It's totally WTF.
Of course the refinance-your-home ones with the dancing aliens isn't any better.
What story was that? I must have missed it.
I'm wrong. I thought it was Charles Mason's son (that was a big story - dude just found out he was Charlie's son), but it's a different guy. So, yeah, completely WTF?
Maybe the hairy dude is the newly-appointed "Moms Return to School" Czar.
At least on that one, the scary is on the outside.
