...facebook still kind of rocks. Besides that last post, I connected with another high school classmate (among others). Seems she lives in the same town where Little Bro the Firefighter is a, um, firefighter. And she has met him at a firefighter/city function.
And afterward when he responded to an emergency call (minor, thankfully) at her home not long after.
It's a Small World, After All.

I adore Facebook for the communication aspects. I've come to dislike it for all the little notifications, game requests, etc.
I've reconnected with some very good friends, people with whom I lost contact due to circumstances, not choice. I love it.
I should update my Facebook connections, but I got into it only because all of my relatives have. I'm not turning into a neo-Luddite, but there are times when I loathe electronic communications (mostly as a result of work).
I love Facebook! I have refound long lost friends. I feel like I am part of their lives, even though I might be 1,500 miles away.
