True stories from the Florida Legislature, eh? I'd heard about Bullard and "General Revenue" before, but...OMFG.
FWIW, I was there when Jon Turley was working for us as a consultant and I think the whole experience totally horrified him.
That wouldn't happen to be Jonathan Turley, would it?
It's been a while but I like his stuff (a little too liberal for me on some issues, but great writer and civil libertarian).
