Good for you. This way, you'll have more time to enjoy your pool, right?
My formula is this:
I multiply how many hours it would take ME to do a job, and multiply it by what I make an hour.
If someone else can do it for less than that, it's worth it.
Yeah, that's pretty much my formula too.
I'll also add that one of the professional's hours translates to far more of my hours. So they're still making FAR MORE per hour than I would be.
Also, we decided to hire a maid service for the deep cleaning. Same reasons. We're both sick of being chained to the house, yard, pool, etc., for most of the weekend every week. We both want some frickin' spare time.
