It seems to be rephrased from an Amazon.com review of Amity Shlaes' recent book The Forgotten Man: 'She skewers Hoover for turning a recession into a depression and FDR for having made it "Great."'
I don't think that was it exactly (I don't normally read Amazon reviews) but I may well have read a quote from it somewhere else. In any case, it was a good one. Thanks, WW!
